1. Payment Policy (Cash on Delivery Only)
Currently, GlowMuse accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. You do not need to pay anything online while placing an order. Payment is to be handed over to the delivery executive at the time of order delivery.
2. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We take strict care in packaging and shipping your beauty products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we are here to help you.
Important Conditions for Return / Exchange / Refund:
- Strict 1-Day (24 Hours) Window: Any return or exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours (1 day) of product delivery. Requests received after 24 hours will strictly not be accepted.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof: Customers must provide a clear, unedited, and uncut unboxing video from the beginning of opening the outer parcel showing the defective or wrong product clearly as proof.
- Customer Choice Resolution: Once your video proof is verified, we will process a Return, Exchange, or Refund based on the customer's requirement.
3. Information We Collect
To process and deliver your Cash on Delivery orders, we collect basic details provided by you at checkout:
- Full Name
- Delivery Address and Pincode
- Mobile Number (for delivery updates and coordination)
- Email Address (for invoice and order updates)
Your information is used strictly for fulfilling your orders and customer service. We do not sell or share your personal data with any unauthorized third parties.
4. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch by contacting our support team.
