2. Payment Terms (Cash on Delivery Only)
GlowMuse operates strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment model. You are required to pay the full invoice amount in cash to the delivery partner at the time of parcel handover. Online payments or advance payments are currently not accepted.
3. Product Pricing & Accuracy
We make every effort to display the colors, descriptions, and prices of our products as accurately as possible. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Shipping & Order Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched promptly. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Please ensure you provide a correct full address and contact number for delivery coordination.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Your orders are subject to our strict Return & Refund Policy conditions:
- 24-Hour (1-Day) Claim Window: Any claim for wrong, damaged, missing, or defective products must be reported within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery. Claims raised after 24 hours will strictly be rejected.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof: Customers must provide an uncut, clear unboxing video starting from the sealed outer package as proof of damage or wrong item received.
- Resolution: Upon verification, return, exchange, or refund will be executed according to customer preference.
6. Limitation of Liability
GlowMuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
